Electrical installation company in Sacramento County looking for an Electrical Foreman Job Duties: - Work as an Electrician Foreman for various Commercial and Industrial Projects - Design, specify, and cost labor and materials for systems, including switchgear, transformers, panelboards, disconnects, duct banks, motor controllers, etc. - Pricing, estimating and scheduling jobs - Management of employees - Translate plans, drawings, schematics and specifications into action plans - On occasion will assist to build, install, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components, controls, panels and circuits - Communicate with customers, staff, partners and suppliers in a professional manner - Documentation via computer and smart phone - Travel to job sites around the Sacramento area and occasionally outside - Execute other duties as assigned Must Have: - 6+ yrs of experience as Journeyman Electrician or Foreman in the commercial field - Current California Certified Journeyman Electrician - Leadership capability and prior experience - Experience with layout and installation of electrical equipment, conduit, wiring and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes - OSHA 30 Certification - Possession of your own hand tools and small power tools - Ability to pass criminal background and drug screens - Proficient with laptop/tablet/smart phone with office software - Reliable transportation Plus: - Experiences working on prevailing wage jobs - Experience supervising sub contractors on prevailing wage and market rates Job Details: - Rate: $43 to $48/hour - Work Week: M to F - Hours: 8am to 5pm (subject to change) - Overtime availability
