BOOTS ON THE GROUND - SOUTH JERSEY AREA ***Please note that you don't have to be a real estate agent to do this gig** ***You will not be the one to conduct the tour. The landlord or the tenant of the property will conduct the tour. You are there to make sure everything goes well. We are looking for a Property Tour Representative/ Boots on the ground for property tours in the South Jersey area for our Real Estate Investment company. We will pay you $70 to represent us at a Property Tour that will be conducted by the tenant or the landlord of a property our company has under contract. The property tour will take less than one hour. Location: Parker Ave Woodlynne, NJ 08107 ( You will get the exact property address) Tour date: Friday, March 26, 2021 Time: 4pm Pay: $70 Payment Method: CashApp or PayPal Pay Day: Same Day We will pay you via Cash App after the landlord confirms that you were present for the tour. Note that from time to time we get multiple property tours in one day and if we schedule you for two property tours in a day you get $140. This is easy, and each property tour is usually less than 1 hour.
