In-ground rough-ins start middle of next week, so we can pour the slab ASAP. ***WSSC permit in City of Gaithersburg required*** (License not required if you have someone to pull the permits for you.) BUDGET: - $4,500 labor and materials (fixtures by owner) (2/3 at rough-in inspection; 1/3 at finals). SCHEDULE: - In-ground plumbing rough-ins 3/31 - 4/2. Rest of plumbing is flexible. SCOPE OF WORK: - Permits and inspections. - Rough-ins for addition (on slab-on-grade foundation). - Replace supply and drain at existing bathroom (crawl space). - Install fixtures.
