We are looking to hire a few highly motivated and positive crew leaders for our growing team. The person in this role is responsible for overseeing a crew of 2 to 4 installation technicians, including but not limited to air sealing, insulation, radiant barrier, duct repair, windows, doors and other energy related products. The ideal candidate will have: • Stable and verifiable experience in construction • The ability to follow/perform installation procedures for energy retrofit work in homes • The ability to lift 50 pounds • A valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a drug test Two or more years of experience as an energy retrofit technician, HVAC/R installation, maintenance, or service technician is required, and two or more years of carpentry experience preferred.
