Must have: Computer familiarity Phone skills Available during the day Available to be physically present in small store with generally no more than 1-2 customers at a time. Skills to make you stand out: Background in retail/customer service Ability/willingness to drive Interest in developing management skills/becoming a manager in the future Knowledge of cars and parts Bilingual in Spanish
