He looks like tramp from Lady and the Tramp, but all white. Braulio went missing from Remington and booked it towards waverly. He was found by someone then slipped his collar when I was driving to pick him up. Now he’s collarless and still running north. Last seen near St. Elizabeth school at 2pm. He is very scared and timid and it will be hard to get him he will keep running and not stop. The only way to get near him is to corner him. He is going North and doesn’t make a lot of turns, could be near Morgan State University or Kenilworth Park travels mostly by sidewalk.
