Commercial construction company looking for a motivated jobsite superintendent MUST be willing to travel. Candidates must process strong leadership skills, communicates effectively, take initiative and display critical thinking skills. Project types are new builds. Must have: • Commercial construction experience • Schedule & supervise subcontractors to obtain quality workmanship and efficiency • Inspect work to ensure specifications are strictly followed • Quality control of all phases of construction • Ability to problem solve construction issues • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions • Ensure all OSHA standards are followed • Communicate any conflicts in construction progress to the project team for resolution • Put on a tool belt if necessary • Bring a project in on schedule
