Landscaping Crew Member Summary: Under the supervision of Crew Leader, Crew Members will be responsible for executing annual service contracts and property enhancements for clients. They will provide services according to Greenscape standards in an efficient manner while recognizing client satisfaction as a top priority. Crew Members shall be capable of performing basic landscape operations under direct supervision of a Crew Leader. Job Duties: · Act as a team member in the completion of maintenance, installation, and landscape service tasks under supervision of Crew Leader · 24-hour snow and ice removal · Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and clients · Aid Crew Leaders in loading and unloading of trucks to assure proper equipment, supplies and materials will be available for daily task · Completion of daily tasks according to Greenscape standards in a safe, efficient manner with in time allocated Requirements: · 0-1 year of landscaping experience · Some experience with the following equipment preferred, but not required: 1. String Trimmer 2. Sidewalk Edger 3. Power Blower 4. Push Mower 5. Zero-Turn Walk-Behind Mower 6. Zero-Turn Riding Mower 7. Power Hedge Trimmer Work Conditions: · Job requires ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials · Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Requires good manual dexterity · Excellent stamina is required · Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis · Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold Depending on your experience, we’ll start you out at anywhere between $10 and $13 per hour, with plenty of opportunities to prove yourself and climb to higher levels of employment.
