Need help w Home heat/plumbing/pex

Hi, I have a very simple job i need help with. I have these old convector heater radiators in my house one is not giving enough heat. On some others last year I elimnated the valves. What I wanna do is eliminate the valve with pex. In the pics you can see the VALVE version the the other room with the blue pex (which shoulda been done with red pex). I need help on this. I only wanna try eliminating the valve without replacing the whole element yet. I suspect the problem is the valve. PLZ INCLUDE CONTACT and EXPERIENCE INFO IN YOUR RESPONSE.
