I have a water stain on the ceiling which is 15 feet high. Size is 18 inches by 32 inches. The popcorn fallen off but the ceiling board is intact. I also need a stair case ( 12 feet railing) installed to the basement. You will need a long ladder to reach up the ceiling. Only with good skills need to respond. I will provide all the materials.
