Great tree house/gym set for little kitties and full grown cats. Our cat plays, exercises, and sleeps on his every day. This sturdy and steady cat tree has built in scratching posts and steps, plus rope to play with, a hammock for cuddling up and taking a nap, a "Condo Room" for a place to hide, a "Floating Basket" with a good view and a place to sun (if it's near a widow), and on top there's a "Lookout Platform" for a great view of everything that's going on. Again this one is still in the original box which has never been opened. It's easy to assemble though with detailed instructions and there's a tool included with the tree so it's all there. The overall size is 38"W x 27"L x 62"H, the Base platform Size is 26"W x 19"L, the "Condo" room is 10.5" in Diameter x 12.5"H, the Top Perch is 13.25"W x 13.25"L x 2.75"H.
