-Nuestra empresa de fabricación de rápido crecimiento necesita un soldador / fabricante experimentado y un trabajador de acero estructural para unirse a nuestro equipo. Buscamos una persona enérgica trabajadora que disfrute trabajando. Estamos buscando candidatos de tiempo completo a largo plazo para el turno de día, de lunes a viernes con horas extras según sea necesario. -Responsabilidades, habilidades y competencias clave: • Lo más importante es mantener un alto nivel de seguridad para usted y los demás. • Debe tener experiencia en soldar principalmente fierro y ser artístico con su práctica. • Mínimo de dos (2) años de experiencia en soldadura en un entorno de fabricación y en campos en construcción. • Conocimiento del uso de todas las herramientas y máquinas del oficio. • Conocimiento de la lectura de planos y las especificaciones con una comprensión de la tolerancia y las dimensiones. • Debe ser adaptable a un entorno de trabajo cambiante, demandas competitivas y ser capaz de lidiar con cambios frecuentes, retrasos o eventos inesperados. • Debe poseer habilidades matemáticas básicas incluyendo y entre otras, sumar, restar, multiplicar, dividir, con el propósito de calcular el material para la fabricación. • Verificar los tamaños de los materiales ¡Un simple error puede costar mucho dinero! • Realice MIG, TIG, STICK y otros tipos de soldadura según las necesidades del proyecto. • Esmerilar metal según sea necesario para lograr una textura de superficie adecuada. • Interpretar dibujos para cortar, ajustar y soldar materiales según las especificaciones adecuadas. • Se ofrecerá pintar el trabajo cuando sea necesario pero no requerido. • Supervisar y verificar la precisión de la configuración inicial y el resultado final de cada trabajo. • Se Comunicara con el supervisor, ingenieros, control de producción, calidad y otro personal del taller para nuevas asignaciones y poder ejecutar en lo que se refiere al trabajo. • Puede realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el campo de la construcción según lo asigne el supervisor. -Estamos buscando un candidato a largo plazo que esté buscando un trabajo seguro y quiera ganar experiencia. • Compensación: 10+ para ayudante y 14+ para un profesional. • Tipo de empleo: tiempo completo • Lectura de planos: 2 años • Soldadura Tig / Mig / Stick: 2 años • Fabricación: 2 años • Instalación: 2 años • Libre de drogas • Historial limpio • Bilingüe español / inglés Lugar de trabajo: INTREPID METAL WORKS INC. 3321 Western Ave Las Vegas Nevada EE. We’re looking for a hardworking energetic person who enjoys working. We are seeking long term, full-time candidates for the day shift, Monday thru Friday with overtime as needed. -Responsibilities, Key Skills and Competencies: • Most Important thing its Keeping a high level of safety for yourself and others. • Must have experience in welding mostly mild steel, and a be artistic with your practice. • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience welding in a manufacturing environment and in under construction fields. • Knowledge of using all the tools and machines of the trade • knowledge of blueprint reading and the specifications with an understanding of tolerance & dimensions • Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands & is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events • Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, for the purpose of calculating material for fabrication • Verify material sizes a simple mistake can cost a lot of money! • Perform MIG, TIG, STICK and other types of weld based on project needs • De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture • Interpret drawings to cut, notch, fit, and weld materials to proper specifications • Will be offered to paint the work when necessary but not required. • Monitor and verify the accuracy of each job’s initial set-up and final outcome • Communicate with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for new assignments to be able to execute in as it relates to the job. • May perform other duties related to construction field as assigned by supervisor. -We’re looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure job and wants to gain the experience. • Compensation: 10+ For Helper and 14+ up for a Professional! • Employment type: full-time • Blueprint Reading: 2 years • Tig/Mig/Stick welding Welding: 2 years • Fabrication: 2 years • Installation: 2 years • Drug Free • Clean Background • Bilingual Spanish/English Work Location: INTREPID METAL WORKS INC. 3321 Western Ave Las Vegas Nevada USA 89109 If you want an interview first call today at 7024396754 please don't show up with out an appointment.
