Total Turf is looking for highly detailed, motivated, crew members to oversee and take responsibility for THEIR OWN ROUTE. Each crew member will be fully responsible for his or her list of customers and weekly routes. Wages and responsibilities will grow with time and exhibited work ethic. Job Description: • Oversee your own list of weekly mowing operations and handle Spring and Fall influx of work • Safely and effectively use a host of equipment ranging from string trimmers to mowers and aerators. • Must be able to back up a trailer • Effectively manage your time to complete each job set before you on time with the high standards of quality • Communicate with customers knowledgeably, respectfully, and concisely • Follow systems and procedures set before you.
