Contract Farmer - Need a small crop farmer for 3-5 years

I have a perennial crop that I sell on Amazon and I am looking to establish my own acreage/farm. I would like to start with 1/2 acre and potentially expand to as much as 3 acres. I am very flexible and easy-going, easy to work with, and negotiable around how the contract might be structured. In a perfect world, you have farming experience already on a small scale. You are capable of planting maintaining harvesting and drain the final perennial crop. I will purchase the crop from you wholesale. Ideally by (lbs) pound by price. Harvest 1 (this year) looking for as much as 400 lbs. dry material. I have already purchased 1/4 pound of seeds (300k seeds) which should be plenty for the next several years. I would like to start germination and planting soon. I'm excited to meet you and talk to you about this opportunity. :)
