Searching for small dog

We are searching for a small 20lbs maximum dog. Male or female doesn't matter but if an adult would prefer dog to be spayed/neutered already. Some breeds we'd consider are frenchton, French bulldog, bull terrier, pomeranian, etc. MUST BE LOCAL to Washington, will NOT pay a deposit online. Must be willing to meet in person. Dog must be good with children and housebroken. Please email with information, photo of dog and fee....
