Day Porter / On Grounds Maintenance (Reno) Hours are Flexible / this is currently a part time position but can grow to full time. We are a leader in providing on-grounds and exterior maintenance services for Northern California and Nevada. We are committed to full-service solutions that give maximum independence to our clients. We are currently seeking a Day Porter/On-Grounds Maintenance to assist with day to day activities of the Operations Department in the Reno area. This is a Year-round position. As a Day Porter/On-grounds Maintenance Employee, you will: • Actively inspect and maintain all designated properties. • Actively inspect and maintain on- site trash receptacles including trash enclosures. • Ensure all parking lot areas are well maintained from debris including illegal dumps and abandoned items. • Inspect and maintain property exteriors including walk ways and lots. • Other property maintenance duties as needed. Qualifications: • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Work outdoors in all weather types • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Must be 21 years of age or older • Valid drivers license is a MUST!
