Searching for 1-2 Park Maintenance Technicians for open position in Parker. Main focus of job is to ensure the property looks clean and inviting to residents. You will be responsible for maintaining and keeping up the cleanliness of the landscaping, parking areas, and other communal facilities. Must have attention to detail, enjoy working outside, and be a self-motivated person. Responsibilities include: -Mowing, weed eating, edging, and blowing. -Picking up trash and keeping all areas clean. -Ensure mulch, rock and other decorative landscape is clean, weed free, and well-presented. -Assist in operation of irrigation system. -Spray for weeds as required. -Performs minor maintenance and repair on equipment and tools as required. Must: - Have a valid Drivers License with a good driving record. - A clean and professional appearance. -Must be able and willing to work alone. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. Flexible- These hours can be changed if necessary.
