Maintenance worker/coordinator Looking for a full-time skilled maintenance worker for multiple ranch style properties. This position is responsible for the upkeep of the buildings, landscaping as well as coordinating with outside vendors when needed. Must be able to work independently with regular communication with the supervisor. Responsibilities: General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Daily maintenance of grounds and facility • Handle general repairs such as plumbing, painting, patching, and construction • Handle emergency maintenance issues as they arise Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: • Experience with maintenance and landscaping • Must be able to work independently • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Exceptional follow-through • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and rapport with all levels of employees
