Exhibition Staff - Lead Generation As an Exhibition Staff, you will be joining a team of excelling promotional staff who are results driven and passionate about what they do. We have a team of over 50 Trade Show Specialists in over 25 cities in the state of Florida and we are always in search for new talent to join our team. Joining our team allows you the opportunity to work High profile Exhibition and Trade Show and Local Events with hourly pay PLUS sizable bonuses and commissions, paid weekly. You can work locally in any city where you have accommodations available. You will be working in a professional environment to achieve appointment setting goals and to truly make a difference with homeowners with Windows, Doors or Roofing needs. What it takes: Commitment, people who genuinely want to attend and be part of it. People who are full of energy as exhibitions are long and you'll be expected to stand for long amounts of time. Team members who are a natural people person and like speaking to new people and happily able to approach people and bring them to your exhibition stand. Engaging and excellent communication skills Self confidence Charismatic personality Experience in live marketing events and exhibitions (preferred) Passion for promotion work Well Presented and Professional Dedicated and committed to achieving objectives. Positive attitude and enthusiasm Customer focused. Sales and persuasion skills Showmanship and people skills are key Punctual, committed, and reliable (with reliable transportation) For example: “The best Lead Generator on your team might not be the most reliable and you need people that you know will turn up on time, professionally, looking the part and stay focused until the close of the event. Last minute let-downs could spoil and tarnish all the hard work leading up the event.” Benefits: Part Time as needed Weekend Only (With the exceptions to some events that require weekday availability.) Weekly Pay Flexibility Results based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success. Training Provided Requirements: Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours during the event. Daily internet, email access and a smartphone are Required! Must be 18 years or older. Able to pass background check. Authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma, equivalent or job-related experience Sales and customer service experience required. Job Type: Part-Time as Needed. 12.00 Hourly pay. Plus Bonuses and Commissions. Weekly Pay Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $12.00 per hour
