We are seeking volunteers to participate in a research study of a short-acting insulin. You may qualify if you: • Have an HbA1c between 7.5-10% • Are taking long-acting and mealtime insulin, specifically Lantus (glargine) and lispro, aspart, or glulisine, with or without up to 3 additional treatments Qualified participants will receive: • Long-acting and mealtime insulin • Freestyle Libre CGM • Lab Testing • Diabetes counseling • $625 for 6 on-site visits and 7 phone call visits Office hours are: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Location: Suncoast Clinical Research 5604 Gulf Dr. New Port Richey, FL 34652 visit us on our website: www.suncoastclinicalresearch.com
