Job Description Are you tired of building the same thing? Are you up for a challenge and somewhere different to use your carpentry skills? We're looking for the right person to join our Production Customs Team to assist with building forms for our unique projects. The right candidates are self-motivated, independent workers who also excel in a team environment with an eye on leadership. Responsibilities: Read and understand the Production Schedule Assist with building and stripping concrete forms Adhere to production time frames Strict adherence to safety rules and restrictions Maintain a high standard of housekeeping Skills Needed: Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16” Ability to use concrete finishing tools Proficiency in hand and power tools Basic understanding of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ability to use heavy equipment (e.g., overhead cranes) Some woodworking skills preferable Welding skills a plus Pouring Duties Safety mindset Qualifications: Work Experience: 1-3 years Experience in carpentry, manufacturing, construction, or landscaping a plus Team player Ability to handle physical workload Ability to show up and be on time Lift up to 60lbs Extended duration on foot (up to 8 hours) Repetitive use of hand tools and/or power tools About Wilbert Precast, Inc.
