We are currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Specialist in the Middleton/Madison area. This position will work in a team environment maintaining the physical integrity of our Apartment Community(ies) in Madison and the surrounding Dane County area. Requirements: *HS diploma/GED preferred. *1-2 years of experience in apartment related maintenance; 3-4 years is preferred *Experience in carpentry, dry-wall, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and plumbing. *Obtainment of pool certification within 6 months of employment desired. *Must be able to work in a fast-pace and customer service-oriented environment. *Knowledge of applicable housing laws preferred. *Hours-40 hrs/wk., Mon.-Fri. with rotational on-call availability. On-call time rotates between maintenance team members approx once every 6-7 weeks. *A valid driving license & clean driving record is a must.
