Daily Car Wash Clean up Person Needed

Wash and GO Carwash: We need someone that is reliable, accountable, and is neurotic about keeping this lot clean. You would need to come at least once a day, sometimes twice if its a busy day to pick up all the trash around the property, and through away the garbage bins in the dumpster. If it rains/ snows you wont need to come obviously but I want someone that lives close by to be able to watch over the place. The pay is $400 flat rate every monthly... cleaning it will depend on activity it usually takes between 15 and 35 minutes. It will be easier if you have a truck or mini man that you can put the trash bins in your car and drive them to the back dumpster.
