Hand Percussionist Seeking Acoustic Band

Hello! I am 32 years old and have over 500 performances experience spanning many genres. I have played Middle Eastern and Latin inspired hand percussion for 12 years. (doumbek/darbuka, cajon, cymbals, etc.) I have performed at Duke University, the NC Persian Festival and dozens of gigs with acoustic rock cover acts. I can play a chill, subdued style for soft acoustic performances. I can also replace a traditional drummer and still pack the energy of a full drum kit with my techniques and set up. I am primarily seeking an acoustic act for paid performances in the Raleigh metro. If you have a working band/project, please send me a message and let's discuss the opportunity!
