This involves helping customers in all aspects of their needs, from mixing paint to picking out the right tools needed for the job. Please apply online or come into our store to fill out an application. 1211 Court Street Medford, OR 97501 P# 541.772.9711 Salary: Wage dependent on applicants' qualifications or experience (DOE) Daily Responsibilities: • Answering basic customer inquiries in-person and by phone • Assisting customers with selecting products and colors • Tinting and mixing paint accurately • Processing sales and product inquiries with POS system • Stocking and rotating inventory • Delivering customer orders in a company vehicle Job Requirements: • One year of retail -OR- industry experience • Ability to read and write English, plus basic math skills • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise up to 75 lbs. to waist level on a consistent basis • Current and valid driver's license in the state where applying In addition, you must be: • 18+ years old • Able to pass a criminal background check/driver's abstract • Flexible in your schedule for available shifts Rodda Paint is proud to offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
