Hiring Immediately: Full-time Dock / Warehouse Logistics Supervisor This position requires a strong ability to manage multiple processes at once, as well as good leadership and team building skills to help lead our dock teams. Additional responsibilities include: -Dock planning and scheduling -Supervising employees to ensure correct loading and unloading -Assigning resources and equipment -Ensuring compliance with all safety rules, company policies, and government regulations -Monitoring performance and coaching employees The Dock Supervisor should have the following knowledge: -BOL documentation -Inventory Transactions and liability implications of each -Packaging methods and appropriate application of each -Driving Safety, Warehouse Safety, Forklift Safety, Dock Safety Job Type: Full-time Experience: -Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred) -Logistics: 1 year (Preferred) This Job Is: A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply COVID-19 Precaution(s): -Personal protective equipment provided or required -Temperature screenings -Social distancing guidelines in place -Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
