Information about the FIDO system can be found at Responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the Fidelity System (FIDO) by new and existing implementation sites/clients. Coordinates all responses to users’ questions and concerns regarding the operations of the system via email, video conference, phone and in some cases in-person contacts. Support may include helping users with third party products like videoconferencing tools. Responsible for determining if issue(s) require attention from site programmers or can be resolved through support and training. Develops and implements user and training manuals, including accessible “frequently asked questions” (FAQs). Conducts small group and one-on-one trainings. Assists the programmer with website design and application design (Retriever) and is responsible for testing any new features/functionality. Reconciles/ explains data reports from the FIDO system for users. May develop or distribute reports either internally or externally. For a complete job description and to apply:
