-$15.42 / hr with guaranteed raise of.50 cents/hr every 90 days for 2 years. *Must meet the attendance requirement -Employer Matched Retirement plan up to 3% -Paid Holiday and Vacation Pay -Bonus Program: Earn up to 16% of your salary with SIO. -Employee Health Insurance at no cost to the employee. -Paid Weekly -Job Duties: -Install, service, and remove docks and boat lifts -Assist in service requests to ensure customer satisfaction -Participate in general manufacturing and warehousing of product -Assemble parts and products for installation and shipping -Work in the water in varying weather conditions.
