Job Description Laborers generally will be working alongside management in a crew of 2-3 and will be responsible for assisting in safely and efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the standards of the client and management. This includes but is not limited to installing hardscape, softscape, lighting, irrigation, mulch, and outdoor kitchens. Qualifications Valid driver's license 18 years or older Authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or equivalent Able to lift 50+ pounds and 2+ miles per day Detailed oriented Good communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic and overall great attitude Desired Qualification - Not required to submit an application Chauffeur's license Clean driving record Experience in professional landscape installation Familiar with hardscape products and installation process Strong horticultural background and is able to identify plants Able to operate landscape machineries such as excavators, skid steers, and trenchers. *Pay is determined by position, skill, and experience Salary: $13.00 to $18.00 /hour We accept English and Spanish Applications.
