Alt Rock Singer/Guitarist Looking to Start Band

I'm a guitarist and vocalist looking to start a band in the Chicagoland area. I like to play a variety of things, though blues is at the heart of a lot of what I do. I'm interested in starting an alternative/dark blues rock band. Think stuff like Jack White's project The Dead Weather. Also down to do some groovier stuff in the vein of Led Zeppelin too some times. Naturally I am open to suggestion on other stuff as well, depending on what it is. Anyhoo, I would like to find a drummer, bassist, and ideally a keyboardist if possible. Maybe also an actual vocalist too. I want to do primarily original material, but covers to get us in the door of venues when COVID-19 is over are fine. I am open to gigs in the city and just about anywhere we can get to. I do want the focus to be writing and recording, though. If you are interested at all, drop me a line.
