SUMMARY: We have an opening for a Spray Technician. Experienced is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. This person will be responsible for different applications of various fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides and fungicides to various different commercial and residential properties. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Interact with customers either face to face or on the phone about their needs and/or concerns Manage daily schedule for various jobs that have been assigned Work independently Maintain clean equipment and facility Apply various pesticides to residential or commercial properties Keep detailed records of pesticide use, areas applied and various mixing ratios QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: Valid WA State Driver’s License High School Diploma or Equivalent Good communication skills Basic math skills Must be able to lift up to 50lb Be able to work in various weather conditions Have or be able to obtain a Pesticide License Previous related experience is preferred but not required COMPENSATION: DOE, potential for commission and bonuses
