I have a need for someone close by to do occasional small work on my in-town apartment yard. Time 1-3 hrs/day, working between the hours of 1pm & 6pm (your choice).Very small budget so I need someone that has the tools and will focus on the job to get it done quickly & efficiently. No smoking and little talking- only want 1 person with no tag-alongs please.
Not a lot of debris to be removed but a lawn bag will be necessary. I will dispose of the bags. First job will be to prep the narrow planting area for acid-loving plants. I have three that have been waiting planting since last winter. Must know more than me regarding what you need to do. I want a thorough job done by an experienced person, male or female, young or old.
In my Portsmouth home I always prepped the ground with peat moss, water storing crystals, quick start (miracle grow) and evergreen plant food. I have a small quantity of everything but the peat moss. Not sure what I need to order in. I have a tool to measure moisture (none) in the ground and the PH level (Does not even move the needle).
Need done asap. The 3 plants are distressed from the winter storage. To discuss the job, you will need to come by. I will add one hour for your time the first day of work. Pay will be by local check. Please have id with you. No shows mean no second chances, same with late shows. You pick day and time and stick to it please.
