They must have experience using a stud welder to complete small to medium body repairs at high volumes, as well as; paint, mask and prep a car to be painted. We prefer they have; experience in inspecting panels for damage, buffing/polishing using an orbital buffer, wet sanding, color matching, paint mixing, touch up paint, airbrush experience but we do not necessarily require these things. We're looking for a team player, someone who is flexible and willing to do any level of cosmetic work on a car to help us attain our daily goals.'
