Looking for temp Foster help for Senior Cat

We are looking for short-term (less than a year) foster help for senior family cat named "Mister Cat". He belonged to my mother who passed away in 2008. My brother had taken care of the cat until recently, but my brother's current situation is transitory and not compatible for a cat. He will be able to take the cat back within the next 10-12 months when he's back on his feet. My family and I have been taking care of Mister Cat but it's no longer practical with allergies. Mister Cat is in good health and up to date on all his shots. With the understanding that any fostering situation is not permanent we will gladly agree in writing to cover the full cost of Mister's food (he is on a prescription food), any related vet bills for Mister including check ups, grooming every 6 weeks (we have kept him shaved and have a groomer in place) and amounts for kitty litter. Basically he just needs a family to stay with for awhile. He seems to do well with other cats. He was standoff-ish with our small pug at first but later warmed up to him (I don't think he'd lived with a dog before). Let me know if you can help. Thank you.
