Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd. is an established post tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our nine facilities in the US. We are looking for a shop mechanic in our Phoenix, AZ office who will work directly with the lead mechanic. Applicant must be able to work in and manage a fast-paced production environment. THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT BEGINNING AT 5PM-5AM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. THIS PERSON WILL TRAIN ON DAYS FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS. IF INTERESTED, PLEASE RESPOND WITH YOUR RESUME AND CONTACT INFORMATION. This position will report to the lead mechanic and be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to: • Welding and fabricating skills. • Experience servicing industrial equipment. • Mechanically inclined. • Electrical troubleshooting. • Be able to recognize hazards. • Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic prints. • Good work ethic. • Inspect and test equipment • Good computer skills • Able to operate forklift, scissor lift. • Bilingual a plus. Position requires an individual with: • A high school diploma or equivalent • Working computer knowledge. • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. • Requires strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills. • Must be able to handle multiple tasks • High standards regarding safety Suncoast Post-Tension, Ltd. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
