We have (4) full gut rehabs currently in process with building permits already pulled. All subs MUST be licensed and insured sub-contractors for the following: 1. Framers 2. Electricians 3. Plumbers 4. Drywall Finishers You MUST be licensed, insured, provide a valid W-9, and sign a contract! If you meet the requirements, email [email protected]/ [email protected].
