Looking for a dependable, all-purpose handyman. Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, equipment maintenance/repair, tile/flooring, drywall/texture/painting, etc. experience along with a healthy dose of common sense are the qualities I'm interested in. Would be for a brewery/restaurant and a bike shop on the Westside as well as commercial and residential rentals on the west side and Manitou. Would be as an employee of a corporation and am flexible with time of day and number of hours worked, but am offering 20-30hrs/week currently.
