About 150 sq feet section of the 500 sq ft studio is all yours. You'd be sharing the space with one other person. There's a common sitting space with a couch, chair, window, a minifridge, and a toaster oven. located at 67 west street, a big building with lots of other artist studios/photo space/a coffee shop downstairs, slop sink in the hall, and nice clean bathrooms. The space is perfect for artists working in nontoxic materials or designers/video/photo folk who want desk space and storage. I'm open to having this be a split for two people if you're more desk-oriented (I have desks you can use). Not a good space for someone(s) who have lots of long phone calls/zoom meetings, occasional are fine tho. Half of the space is common use for tabletop shoots and low impact wood working/fabrication. I have a fair amount of tools and a workbench.
