700 S sepulveda near Near artesia, Hermosa Beach CA

Description

I was the victim of a hit and run Tuesday 3/23 around 7:30 PM. A woman in a Range Rover drifted out of the far left lane over the solid line into my vehicle and caused significant damage to the left side of my car and fled the scene. This happened on sepulveda (right before it becomes PCH) just after hotel hermosa heading north on sepulveda (right before chase bank). Chase bank says their cameras do not capture the street unfortunately. Does anyone know anything or anyone in the area? Do you have any ideas as to someone who might have seen something? I need camera footage, a witness statement or anything else to ensure the driver is found liable for what she has done. I was able to snap a pic of her license plate as she fled the scene (below) but that is basically it. This lady needs to be taken off the road and should not get away with this. I am asking my fellow community to help me seek justice. Please respond with ANY insight, camera footage, ideas of how to obtain camera footage, witness statements etc. as this could have been you or your loved one. ANYTHING will help me! A few months ago I was driving home and saw a trunk bed was lit on fire- i immediately pulled over and ran up to the home around the flames and woke the people up and they were able to move and save one of their cars before it burned. The other had already incinerated :/. I took videos and photos and brought the information to the house the next day without being asked. This is just something you do for a neighbor or anyone really- acts like this should be a no brainer. Note:I of course alerted authorities etc. the night of right away in addition to the above. However the car owners would have had nothing to go by or use for insurance/criminal investigative efforts/recourse unless a vigilant member of the community (me) stepped in to assist and didn't “act indifferent” or unwilling to get “involved.” I am hopeful someone (or better yet multiple south bay community members) will be willing to help me in a similar way. Together we can cultivate a real sense of community that seems to have been lost or seriously diminished over the past year. With so many cars everywhere it is honestly shocking not even one person pulled over to offer their help. Its very sad to live in a community this selfless i hope someone or multiple people can turn this into a positive scenario. I hope to hear from any and everyone willing to help or offer advice asap :)!! Thank you, Morgan
