This position is for a apartment complex in Middletown Ohio.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team to help out with keeping the property clean, general clean up of apartments and also assist with the other maintenance workers on work orders or turns.
This is a perfect position for someone who is a hard worker and looking to learn more in the maintenance field. This is a very busy property and there is always something to do. We work hard and play hard. It is a small team and company.
You must have reliable transportation and be drug and drama free. If you think this is you reply right away we are looking to fill the position immediately!
