Material Handler Job Summary Automation Personnel Services is looking for hard-working Material Handlers to work for a company based in Groveland, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as ensuring the organic materials (mulch and landscaping products) flow through the shakers, informs the heavy equipment operator to fill the shakers, performs housekeeping duties which include scraping, sweeping and shoveling, stacking bags, and assists where necessary at the direction of the foreman. Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Schedule and Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. overtime required. Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities • Scraping, sweeping, and shoveling mulch and dirt • Stack bags • Place packaged items in the correct area • Scan items or manually update inventory system • Follow workplace safety standards Material Handler Requirements and Qualifications • High school diploma or GED certificate • Background and Drug screen required • Work in a dusty environment, hot/cold/rainy weather • Groundskeeper/Construction experience a plus • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Job Type: Long Temp Assignment Benefits: • 401(k) • Health Insurance Bonus Opportunity!
