Description: NEEDED Roof Repair Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial structures. Our ideal candidate will have extensive roof repair experience with TPO, BUR, Modified, Shingle and membrane roof systems and have a great attitude with a strong desire to satisfy the customer. Must be safety minded and want to succeed. Responsibilities: • The correct person for this job needs to be able to diagnose and evaluate the leak issues and what it would take to repair the leak area. Need’s to have a complete working knowledge of shingle, TPO, Modified and built up roofs. Tile is a bonus. Then be able to complete the repairs once approved. • Communicate with the homeowner and the service manager about the progress and status of the repairs being done or the evaluation of repairs needed. • Follow company safety guidelines. Qualifications: • Must have 5 years of roof repair experience and have worked with various types of roofs. • Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record and be able to drive a company vehicle. • General understanding of different roofing systems and their proper installation is required. • Must be able to use all hand tools associated with roofing installation including specific roofing related tools. • Must have physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment. • Basic computer and smart phone skills (emails, texting, using apps and taking photos) • Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance) • Repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling. • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have great customer service skills. • Bilingual is a plus.
