Solid Ground is HIRING!! Solid Ground Lawn and Landscaping is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. Our company was founded in 2004 and we have been growing every year since our founding. We are based out of North Little Rock and do work in central Arkansas. We are seeking someone to work with us on our mowing/lawn maintenance and landscaping sides. The mowing/maintenance position involves leaf removal, mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pulling weeds, cleaning up lawns, installing mulch and a variety of other jobs. The landscaping position involves sod installation, drainage, retaining walls, patios, walkways, flowerbed installs, sprinkler installs and a variety of other jobs. We offer: Competitive pay ($11-$15/hour), 4 day work week. Monday-Thursday starting at 7:00am Opportunity for overtime on Fridays, Consistent paychecks The opportunity to get in shape and get paid doing it! A great work environment, Job requirements are: • Valid driver's license with a clean record (DL background check of last 3 years) • Desire to be challenged and grow • Strong sense of ethics and integrity • Ability and willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
