Need a Painter / Painting Crew + Tree Trimmer / Landscaper

I need the followings item done on my home in Canyon Crest (Riverside). If you do not have availability starting next weekend into the following week (April 3rd - 11th) please do not reach out. Also ONLY text, do NOT call me multiple times. 1. Painter - Need Exterior and interior including cabinetry of 2409 SF two story home + 3 car garage two tone painted w/ Sherman Williams paint. Interior walls one color. All trim & including ceilings will be white as will garage & kitchen / bath cabinetry. Exterior stucco one color, all other trim including garage doors will be white. Need a crew, no single painters as has to be done within 1 week. 2. Tree Trimmer / Trimming - Need all trees on property properly trimmed 3. New sod installed in backyard (guessing approximately 1000 SF) Please include ballpark pricing in your response if possible including materials. I can also meet you at the property to take a look this weekend.
