Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader. You are comfortable with construction tools and not afraid of getting your hands dirty. While you eventually will lead a team of installers, early on you’ll be learning and leading, helping to install Grow Glide systems across the United States with teams of in house and vendor teams. You’ll help us manage these teams and ensure they meet the high standards of a certified Grow Glide install. You must be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment using computers to communicate with customers and record pertinent information as well as handle managing a team of laborers on an install. Strong attention to detail is a MUST. Job Brief This Project Manager position will join our small-but-mighty team and will help manage projects in the Account Management department for the company. You will be directly working with the Director of Account Management, Director of Supply Chain, and VP of Ops to help review projects before the sale is made, and then to help coordinate logistics and physically install the project with a Grow Glide team or the client’s labor. Responsibilities and Duties On site supervision of all Grow Glide installs, managing labor and vendor relationships. This includes contributing to installations as needed Reviewing all contracts with prospective clients with help of Sales Director and Account Management Director Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports Understanding and promoting company programs Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services Ensure all communication is properly documented in the Grow Glide CRM/IMS Work with Supply Chain on logistics for outbound freight and installs Assist with post-sale customer communications and issues as needed under the tutelage of Director of Account Management Help maintain Grow Glide office and warehouse facilities Oversee installation process on- and off-site Attend Trade Shows as needed Requirements and Experience 3+ years of construction project management experience or relevant experience Open and willing to learn new systems and work within company policies Excellent written and oral English is required Experience with G Suite such as Google Drive, Google Docs is highly preferred Must be forklift certified and amble to occasionally use other machinery like a scissors lift or cherry picker A team player who contributes to the positive, high energy company culture Experience organizing and coordinating with other teams to achieve customer success Schedule Full-time; Salary Monday - Friday, weekends as needed Travel: as needed, covered by the company Payment Annual salary based on experience Access to Profit Sharing pool for Success & Account Management pool Access to Company Profit Sharing Pool NEXT STEPS: Include a resume and a cover letter detailing how your work history makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
