We are looking to rehome our beloved rescue pit/lab mix, named Moose. We got him last June from a great organization, Street Dog Hero. If you or someone you know is interested, you can see pics, read more and apply via their website so they can handle the screening process. https://www.streetdoghero.org/moose Moose was a street dog in Cabo before coming home to us, and he's adjusted to family life really well! He's super mellow, quiet, extremely patient with our 7 year old, 100% house broken, knows basic commands, and loves to cuddle. Sadly, we spend a ton of time on our boat and he's just not a good boat dog (it's a small boat and he gets sick), and we don't want to keep leaving him behind either. We are also looking to travel a lot once everyone is vaccinated since our families live all across the country.  We think the perfect home would be one that has a big fenced yard for him to run freely, and owners that are willing to put in some time to train him some more. He is unpredictable with other dogs - some he's completely fine with and others he tries to bite. He also still hasn't completely learned how to play gentle with humans. He's gotten way better, but every once in a while he'll still bite. However, he understands "no bite!" and calms down immediately and looks very sad to have disappointed us.
