Old Mission Associates is a full-service landscape design, construction and maintenance company in Traverse City. We have been servicing Grand Traverse and Leelanau Counties since 2004. We are seeking Crew Members for both our Lawn Maintenance and Landscape Installation divisions. These are full-time seasonal positions that can lead to year-round positions for those looking for a career opportunity. These are entry-level positions. We will provide training. Experience/Skills: Experience in the industry is a plus, but not required. Hard working Team Player Demonstrate ability to communicate with customers. Communicate with Leadership and work in a solution-based way to complete jobs. Job Duties: Landscape Maintenance: Mowing, weeding, trimming, pruning, mulching, spring/fall lawn clean-up and other responsibilities as assigned. Landscape Installation: Installation of retaining walls, pavers, patios, firepits, trees, water front erosion control and other responsibilities as needed. Salary: Dependent on experience. Please note that your ongoing wage will be based on performance. We value hardworking team players and will compensate accordingly. Full-time, Hourly positions.
