Looking for puppy that will be a big dog

I recently found out my neighbor that lives in front of me is a creep that likes sit in the woods by my window at 2-3 am with binoculars, the police couldn’t do anything because I didn’t get him on camera so I’m looking to get a pup or a young dog that will grow to be a big dog for my protection. I only want a puppy because I have a cat and 2 small dogs and I wouldn’t want to put them in a situation where they could possibly be harmed. Not looking to spend a crazy amount for a rehoming fee
