Free betta fish with all accessories

Turns out, I don't have what it takes to keep a betta fish healthy. I've tried my best, and continue to fail. This little guy deserves someone that knows what they're doing. He is a half moon orchid mustard betta, and currently I don't know what is wrong with him. A bit of fin rot? He comes with a 2.5 gallon tank, water conditioner, seachem prime and sea chem stability, a filter, a heater, 3 kinds of food and a treat wheel, api water testing kit, tank cleaning hose, betta buddy moss balls, and tank substrate. Is there a kind soul out there willing to try to nurse this guy to health? I just don't have it in me and he deserves better.
