Pool / Gym Attendant (Orlando) compensation: $12 employment type: Full Time 1 Full Time Gym / Pool Attendant position with the typical work week consisting of: Tuesday - Thursday 7:30A-4P, Friday and Saturday 11A-7:30P with Sunday and Monday OFF Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness of the pool and gym area and surrounding areas - Work directly with residents to verify identifications and reservations - Empty trash cans. - Identify areas that need cleaning or power washing. - Sweep and mop. - Ensure all common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting for patrons. - Maintain clean, safe work environment. - Clean bathrooms - Adhere to all sanitation guidelines - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: - Demonstrate a good attitude with pride in your work. - Fast worker showing initiative and follow through. - Bilingual English-Spanish, a plus but not required. - Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and handling of cleaning supplies. - Must be able to stoop, stand, bend, walk and other movements needed for cleaning up to 8 hours. - Available to work flexible schedule. - Available to work overtime or weekends if needed. - Need to be able to start work immediately. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: - Must have previous janitorial experience - Must have a clean background check - Must have a valid driver's license - Must have a keen eye for details - Must be very organized and able to follow a routine that provides regular daily inspection and clean Assigned areas - Must have a friendly personality and willing to accommodate other's - Must have reliable transportation REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: - Clean Criminal Background - Successful passing of a drug screening will be required prior to employment offer
